The design language is distinctive even up till today. The “Souscription”, a single-hand pocket watch, is one of the most important and famous pocket watches in history. In the early 19th century, Louis Breguet invented the Tourbillion, which is one of the most sought after complications in horology. This particular reference employs the Jump Hour complication with a single hand and an hour aperture above the 60. The dial is white enamel with painted signature Breguet Numerals and runs on the automatic Breguet Calibre 562 movement. There are some hairlines on the caseback which remains in good condition. It retains the original Breguet yellow gold buckle. The jump hour mechanism functions perfectly.
