D Timepieces Pte. Ltd. is not an authorized dealer nor has any affiliation to any manufacturers in any way. All products are sold in perfect working condition unless specifically stated. We do not sell replica / homage products. All timepieces sold are 100% authentic. If any of the timepieces sold are proven to be inauthentic, the buyer will receive a full refund if there is ample evidence that the timepiece sold was inauthentic without being altered by the buyer.

Return Policy

For local clients, all watches come with a 72 hour return policy if the timepiece is not as described. D-Timepieces will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item back. For international clients, all sales are final.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped via express courier. The preferred courier is FedEx but other couriers can be arranged upon request. All shipments are fully insured. A signature is required for all deliveries for insurance and security purposes. Customs charges and duties are the responsibilities of the buyers.

Privacy Policy

D-Timepieces will collect information based on your interactions with our website. Some of this information which you actively tell us will be used for communication and tracking. We only collect the information that you give us and by giving us your information, you are consenting for us to process and store this information. As we do not run ads on D-Timepieces, we will not sell it to third parties nor give this information away. We use the information to provide a service to you or to comply with your requests.

Reservation Policy

All reservations are to be held by a non-refundable deposit starting from 20% of the timepiece value. All reservations (unless specified) will be for a maximum of 72 hours only.

Cancellation Policy

D-Timepieces will accept cancellations prior to shipment assuming reasonable cause. All deposits (if any) made to hold the timepiece will not be refundable. Once an item has been shipped, no cancellations will be allowed.
